Buy one complete pair and receive a second complete pair for half price—including any lens upgrades.
Both pairs must be for the same person and ordered within three months. If the prices differ, the discount applies to the lower-priced pair. Nuance Audio glasses are excluded.

Hearing Care

A comprehensive assessment of your hearing, including an examination of your ears and a detailed hearing test. We’ll explain your results clearly and discuss whether any further support may be beneficial.

Professional earwax removal for one or both ears using microsuction, following an initial examination of your ears.
If no wax is present or removal is not required, a £20 ear health-check fee will apply. This covers the examination of your ear canals and eardrums, together with any appropriate advice.

For patients who would prefer to receive hearing care in the comfort of their own home. The home-visit fee covers our comprehensive hearing health check.

You have 60 days to change your mind. If you cancel during this period, your membership payments will be refunded, but any examinations, scans, treatments or discounts already received will be charged at their normal price.
