Our Eye Care Plan makes it easier to look after your eyes and hearing through simple monthly payments, regular examinations and valuable member benefits.

Eye Care Plan Essentials — £7 per month
Regular, proactive care for your eyes and hearing.
Your membership includes:
An annual eye examination
Optomap and OCT scans at intervals recommended by your optometrist
An annual hearing health assessment
10% off your main complete pair whenever you purchase new glasses
18-month minimum term. Minimum total £126.
Eye Care Plan Reward — £11 per month
Regular care with greater savings and additional protection for your glasses.
Your membership includes:
An annual eye examination
Optomap and OCT scans at intervals recommended by your optometrist
An annual hearing health assessment
20% off your main complete pair whenever you purchase new glasses
Two years’ accidental-damage cover on complete glasses purchased from us while you are a member
One earwax-removal appointment each membership year
18-month minimum term. Minimum total £198.
Eye Care Plan Contact Lenses — £13 per month
Ongoing care and savings for people who regularly wear contact lenses.
Your membership includes:
An annual eye examination
Optomap and OCT scans at intervals recommended by your optometrist
An annual hearing health assessment
Contact-lens aftercare appointments
20% off contact lenses purchased from us
20% off your main complete pair whenever you purchase new glasses
Two years’ accidental-damage cover on complete glasses purchased from us while you are a member
One earwax-removal appointment each membership year
18-month minimum term. Minimum total £234.
Benefits from the day you join
Your membership benefits are available as soon as your plan begins. You don’t need to build up a balance or wait before accessing your care.
Your examinations and scans will be arranged at intervals recommended by your optometrist, based on your individual eye health and clinical needs.
Member savings on glasses
Eye Care Plan Essentials members receive 10% off their main complete pair whenever they purchase new glasses.
Eye Care Plan Reward and Eye Care Plan Contact Lenses members receive 20% off their main complete pair.
Your Eye Care Plan discount applies to your main complete pair. If you purchase a second pair within three months, the lower-priced second complete pair receives our standard 50% second-pair discount from the full retail price. Discounts cannot be combined on the same pair.
Accidental-damage protection
Complete glasses purchased from us while you are an Eye Care Plan Reward or Eye Care Plan Contact Lenses member are protected against eligible accidental damage for two years from the date of purchase.
The scheme can help with the cost of repairing or replacing accidentally damaged frames or lenses. A member contribution and full scheme terms apply.
Loss and theft are not covered.
Already entitled to an NHS-funded sight test?
You can still benefit from an Eye Care Plan if you qualify for NHS-funded sight tests.
Membership provides ongoing care tailored to your individual needs, including Optomap and OCT imaging when recommended, an annual hearing health assessment, and valuable savings and protection depending on your chosen plan.
Our 60-day change-of-mind promise
We want you to feel confident that your Eye Care Plan is right for you.
You have 60 days from joining to change your mind. If you cancel during this period, we will refund your membership payments, but any examinations, scans, treatments or discounts already received will be charged at their normal price.
Your membership commitment
Each Eye Care Plan has a minimum term of 18 months. After the initial term, your membership continues monthly until cancelled in accordance with the membership terms.
If you cancel and later decide to rejoin, you will join under the membership benefits and prices available at that time.
Joining an Eye Care Plan
Our Eye Care Plans are available to join in person at Loftus Optical or Skelton Optical.
A member of our team will explain the available plans, answer your questions and provide the full membership terms before you join. We’ll then help you complete your membership and arrange your monthly payments.
There is no pressure to join.
